Jennifer Chung

VP, Counsel Simon & Schuster

Jennifer is local to New York City and enjoying watching the city revive and thrive. She is currently VP, Counsel with book publishing legend, Simon & Schuster, where she supports the international, audiobooks and operations teams. Her prior roles included providing compliance and privacy support to the team at CaaStle (a clothing-as-a-service startup), supporting innovation technologies on 5G at Verizon, heading the legal operations at AccuWeather, and managing the global IP portfolio at the former Time Inc. Jennifer is an adjunct professor at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, teaching media and IP law to the next generation of creators and designers. She holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, a JD (with honors) from Albany Law School, and a BA in Chemistry and Asian Studies from Cornell University.
