Lucy has considerable experience from previous roles in-house and in private practice of co-ordinating global patent and design portfolios for both SMEs and large corporate clients, working closely with their in house or external counsel to devise worldwide filing and prosecution strategies. Her practice includes infringement and validity work as well as Oppositions and Appeals before the EPO. 

Lucy’s experience covers a broad spectrum of subject matter from packaging and semiconductor manufacturing, to medical devices and construction products, water treatment systems, automotive and oil/gas technology. With many long standing clients including both global and local companies, Lucy is very well respected for a pragmatic, commercial approach.
